3500 mg potassium daily difficult?

I have been looking at what nutrients I frequently reach and which I don't. I have noticed it is really difficult to reach the 3500 mg of potassium set by MFP. Does anyone else find the same? If you don't, what have you been eating to reach this goal?

Last I checked I was actually over. But I also ate around 2000-2500 calories that day.
A lot of spinach and yogurt, beets, and squash. A banana before I'm working out.

Keep in mind that entries in the database are entered by users and potassium isn't required on labels. You're almost certainly getting plenty of potassium.

google foods high in potassium and see how many of them you're eating. You can get a better idea then if you're getting enough.0

Seconded. Don't assume all labels contain all nutrients....if you were chronically low on potassium you'd know it.0
