I’m only a week in but I’m feeling pretty good. I logged in everyday, logged my food 6 out of 7 days, and worked out 3x’s. Considering how much I’ve been struggling and how hard it’s been for me to get back on track, that was a really good week.
Just showing up here, logging my food and occasionally interacting with people has proven in the past to be really helpful and I’m starting to feel that again now. For me, it’s such a mental game to stay consistent. I’m not sure why but I know it is annoying, lol. I’m hoping and feeling that a good upswing in consistency is right in front of me. I will ride that wave to success.
I’m just gonna keep showing up...
