I Have Done This Before

Hello MFP Community!

I've used MFP in the past, before Under Armour took over, and I lost eighty-six pounds. I had gotten down to 179 pounds which is less than what I weighed when I graduated from high school. I started that weight loss journey when I was fifty-two years old.

I've had a couple of eye surgeries on my left eye, and I moved to be close to my girlfriend. I ended up living two and a half hours drive away from work after the move. This left little time to workout, and I failed to monitor my food intake.

Well, now I'm back, and my goal is to get in the best shape of my life. I'll be fifty-seven in June, and I'm looking forward to the next few months. Send me a message if you'd like. I love to learn new things.

    You've taken the first step. While exercise is clearly beneficial, you can lose weight without exercise. Start with the diet, then include exercise whenever you can. Good Luck!
