And extremely depressed at the moment lol. I'm at school getting my masters degree. I have gained about 65 pounds since I've started college. I always have the mindset of "I'll start tomorrow" oh but first I'll have to finish all the stuff in my fridge so I won't be tempted. I'm an emotional eater. I will be super stressed out and the only thing that will make me feel better is to eat something. Any advice and support would be great. I'm just so tired.

    Hey there!
    I've been an emotional eater since I was a kid. I used to eat when I wasn't hungry because I felt empty inside, sometimes I still do, but trying to get away from that. I'm on here all the time, so anytime you need to chat. Besides, it's proven that having a good support system helps you not only lose weight but keep it off.

    Hello! I'm about to start the second year of my MBA, so I know that it can definitely be tough to schedule and maintain healthy habits around school and work, but I promise it is worth the time and effort.
