So I have been trying to cut weight. I started in december last year and lost 6 Kgs so far. But I still have 11 kgs more to go. At the same time I want a nice looking shaped body. My height is 5ft7. I am currently taking 1600kcals a day along with weight training 5 days a week, including a bit of cardio. I plan to take 40-40-20 ratio of carbs protein and fats. Is it a good idea?
