2nd Time around for this old Port Dawg!

I’ am retired Air Force, living the dream of doing whatever I want to do with each day I wake up! After years of abuse on my body from my career, and love of food, it is time for lots of changes. I’m currently working with a doctor using the keto diet, and exercise to get my rear in gear! My first goal is to reach 155 lbs. I’m 5’2 and started at 212.8 lbs. 20 Nov, and lost 27.6 lbs. since 23 Feb. I have lots of energy, and motivation to keep me going, and a hubby that retired a 1Sgt. in the 82nd Airborne to push me when I need that little nudge.
I have to say this time around there is a huge difference in the support boards then the last time I looked at them in 2014. I'm finding them much more helpful, and look forward to meeting more people who can share some tips on Keto meal planing, and exercises.
As of now, I have not had any disasters on my treadmill, killed my hubby, or tried to eat the cats, so I'm off to a great start.... Barbie :D
