Tesco's Meal Replacement (for those in the UK & Ireland)

Tesco is currently selling 2 packs of 10 meal replacement each for £6. I've never tried meal replacements before, but since I only have few minutes for lunch, I was thinking to give them a go.
On the packet it says they don't have added sugar, artificial flavours, colours, etc. however it says they have 17.3g of sugars (that's approx 20% of the recommended intake).
I'm just wondering if anyone have tried them, if they taste nice and if you would recommend to have one of them instead of my cereal bar and hot drink. Thanks!

I hate milkshake so have never tried those but the chocolate flavour bars are nice. I don't use them often but are good to keep in my office drawer for days when an extra snooze is more important than breakfast0
