Hey. I've been suffering from pcos since the last 10 years. Been on glucophage and metformin for most of the time. I've gone off all medicines because they were making me feel more sick and I didn't think they were helping.
I weigh 68kg. I'm hoping to drop 23kg. Any suggestions, help, support will be highly appreciated

I have PCOS and I’m currently on the ketogenic diet which is low carb, high fat, and moderate protein. I’ve never felt better. I’ve also heard that cutting out dairy helps the symptoms as well.0
