Well today I went over my goal big time.... first time doing that in 2 weeks. Kinda feeling meh about it, but not wanting to make it a habit. Cheat days are good I believ, dunno maybe they are not. I just want to keep moving forward and not fail this time.

Look at your weekly goal... plus, a day a maintenance or even going over won't do any harm if it's not frequent.0
