Hello MFP fam, am a returning member, had few friends here, if we conversed before add me back
as I also welcome new motivational friends as well!
When schedule is busy it's hard to stay motivated, focused at times, just doesn't seem like enough hours in a day lol need all the friendly support I can get.
My goals are to shed just a little bit of weight, bulk up
Unfortunately I'm a hardgainer, lucky for me lol.
But let's carve out some goals and crank up the ole furnace!
