eating more loosing weight ?

so I've been eating a lot more kj than i would normally ever eat but im loosing weight any idea why?

    You are eating less calories if you are losing weight consistently. Sometimes less calories can look like more food if you have increased vegetables and decreased dietary fat and simple carbohydrates.

    Either you are moving more, eating less or you need to get to a doctor ASAP.

    Something I've noticed is that I can actually eat a couple hundred calories more a day than what MFP suggests and still lose a considerable amount of weight. I might be considered a bit more active than I think since I have my activity level set to sedentary but I would consider myself sedentary so idk.

    You are probably moving more.

    haha ill try i struggle to eat that much but guess my only option is to eat more.
