I am thinking of buying a jump rope so I can jump rope indoors, so i was wondering what are the benefits and how much should I do daily?

Much appreciated, x

I'm guessing that with regular sessions, you'd get a nice cardio benefit and some calf work as well. Sounds like fun.

I have been advised to do rope jumping to help strengthening my ankles, so I guess that's a benefit.

My jump rope goes with me on vacations. It’s a great all rounder:Cardio, stamina, endurance, coordination and leg workout. Mine also has weights in the handles.

You damage less furniture and lighting doing it outdoors.
