Hello peeps! I'm in Tennessee and working on the starting strength novice training. I'm also interested in body building... At the moment I'm 15% body fat so Im trying to maintain the same caloric intake but also lift heavy and build muscle, low rep compund stuff... Hoping this will result in muscle growth and fat loss and then when I hit 10% I'll start bulking @ 10% caloric surplus... Though I wander if I should cut faster now and bulk but since I'm new to it I hope I don't really have to cut and see some quick results.. my lifts are already up 20lbs after a week... Anyways anyone who wants to get nerdy about some fitness stuff I'm down to be friends and hear what you have to say!
