Motivation

Help!!! I have lost all motivation to go to the gym in the last 2 months and am considering getting a PT. Does anyone have any tips to help me get back into the gym

    Keep reading success stories until you are tired of looking at them (then look at them some more!). And put pictures and notes everywhere to remind urself to go to the gym.

    I had a personal trainer even though it got expensive and she was great, I could never remember what she had taught me to do! Have your trainer write out a "fitness plan" for you with all of the moves/sets/reps she gives you so you can also do them on your own time! What helped me was moving to a bigger gym! I had been at a TINY all womens gym and moved to Gold's Gym. There are so many fit women there and so many different classes all day long! Try out some new classes and youll find some that you love that won't even feel like youre exercising at the gym! I personally take 2 zumba classes and one spin class every week. No question. I am busy those days doing that and I will not miss those classes because they are so fun!
