Gluten free healthy recipes

Just make meals that don't contain wheat (or rye or barley, but I believe those are pretty uncommon outside Europe anyway). Any normal meals and recipes can be part of a healthy diet. The meal will be as healthy as the ingredients you use. Some examples of things I eat often:
Rice, salmon, green beans. Chicken thigh, sweet potato mash, peas. Steak, baked potatoes, butter, salad. Lamb chops, mashed potatoes, oven baked brussel sprouts. Trinidadian Chicken Curry.1 -
i mainly use potato or sweet potato as my carb of choice, and make sauces from scratch. occasionally we have GF pasta, but it is expensive and more calorific than normal pasta.0

I have over 40 pages of recipes logged into MFP, all of them gluten free. Occasionally I will use GF pasta or bread, but most of them are inherently GF. Feel free to have a look at my diary and PM me if there is anything you want a recipe for. Some of my quick standbys are omelets, fish or shrimp tacos on corn tortillas, salmon salad, vegetable curry, and cobb salads.3
