Anyone know how many calories are in skinny mocha from costa etc?

    I have a question. Some of the food items I look up on here, the calories are either less or more than what's on the actual food item. Which calorie amount should I use?

    Whatever matches the label on your food (or the USDA database for whole foods). Since the database is largely user-created, it is highly prone to incorrect entries.

    I have used what is on the item since 2013. It's worked for me. :) (disclosure: I stopped logging while my dad was ill over summer and put on 20 pounds due to stress and fast food. I am taking it back off now.)
