Plant based lo-cal sources of Calcium and Iron?

Looking for ideas and ways to include more calcium and iron in my diet on a daily basis - I already eat a lot of leafy greens - spinach/kale, beans, chickpeas, green veggies, but seem to be consistently lacking in calcium and iron

Fortified cereals might be a good choice. Here's a list of some that are vegan friendly:

You can also get calcium fortified nut or soy milk/yoghurt/tofu.
