At the moment, calisthenics and core work. I slipped a disc in my back last year and it made me realize how weak my core was so I've been concentrating on building that strength mainly.

Next month, I'm going to add running back into the mix.

Are you writing a book or just curious? I’m the curious sort so I get it.

Hiking, biking and yoga are my thing.

    I don't work out, I train.

Right now my goals are weightloss, and a faster 1.5 mile. So I just graduated C25K

Mid month, I'm going to switch gears to working towards the 1000 lb club. Not sure yet which protocol/program I'm going to use, but it will be Bench, squat, DL, and Row/Pullup based.

Lifting, running, rowing, cycling, hiking, swimming, yoga, indoor rock climbing, dog walking... no particular order though intensity and preference change based on current goals, injury mitigation and training plans.

Just curious, always interested in people and their methods especially when it comes to health and fitness.

Hula hooping, swimming, weights in that order. Unlike an above poster I do not train, I exercise generally. My only goals are to be fit and get fitter and make getting there as minimally excruciating as possible :)

cycling and lifting mostly. I just bought a rowing machine to give me an alternative to my indoor bike trainer when I'm forced inside, otherwise I like being out on the road. Rock climbing here and there and some hiking as well.

A bit of everything. First and foremost, I teach (and take occasionally) ballet and modern, so that's pretty active already. I also ice skate regularly in the winter. At home I do a lot of yoga, HIIT stuff for cardio, Pilates, weight lifting, a general mix of things that keeps me active and in dancing shape (athletically at least, even if I have more pounds to lose!).

Lifting and yoga are my favourites, I don't mind jogging but I haven't yet found a cardio workout that I don't hate/get bored of after 2 weeks.

Yep - pretty much anything involving trails I'm good with. Or with the woods in general. Or most of nature. I guess I just like being outside in quiet places.

I really work out a lot indoors. Anytime I've been outside trail running, however, the time has passed by so much faster. It really keeps your mind engaged.

I love living in the city but I do wish it were easier to leave. I have to bike 10 miles just to get over the GW.
