Carbs, Protein, Fat as figured by MFP...

Hello, I'm in my 2nd week of myfitnesspal. I'm in my 3rd week of Body by You. I'm aiming for a roughly even split of calories between carbs, fat and protein.

When I go to the reports section, it says I am over in all of these things, although my totals for today say I am under. I wonder if the values in the reports section are not allowing for the extra calories earned through exercise?

I also thought it was interesting to see some of the nutrient values. Do you who have been using the program longer, feel that these reports are accurate and useful?
