BodyShred Program

I started body revolution a month ago and I really love it. I am now on week five but I decided to redo weeks 3/4 because I can barely get through them. And this week I’m finding it so hard to push through the same workouts I’ve been able to crush the past two weeks. I feel like I just don’t have the energy which is weird because I felt so energize up until last week. Has anyone else experienced this? I was thinking making I’m lacking adequate protein, but I’m not sure.

    Protein or calories? Are you fueling your workouts?

    I’m not that great about eating before my workout since I do it between 5-6am. But I sometimes have a protein shake after. Tbh, I’m not consistent. Any suggestions?
