Macro ratio help

Hi, I’m looking for advise on a nutrient ratio for a 45kg lightly active female to lean out and tone up. I really struggle with my diet especially at night. I have a fitness plan which I can pretty much stick too. I fall down on my diet because I get board easily and don’t have a structured plan to follow.
Really appreciate any help or advise guys, thanks

Why don't you start with MFP's recommendations and adjust from there?1

If you're having trouble sticking to your diet, then I'd set macros in such a way that they help you to that end. If you prefer a higher carb diet, set your macros to be carb-dominant. If you prefer fats, then increase your fat macro.
Total cals matter most, macros are second... and macros are largely meaningless if you can't stick to calories.1
