Wish I could say I hadn't walked this journey before, but nevertheless here I am.
Have been better the last few days as a way to step into being healthier and getting my slimmer clothes back on. I ride a motorbike and the cost of my protective gear is forcing me to get back on track.
Mini goals will be my clothes fitting so whole the scale denotes numbers. My dress size and how I feel is key.
I do karate regularly at least twice a week and am contemplating doing couch to 5k to up my calorie burn on rest days. I walk my dog too.
Medication leads to weight gain, along with my emotional eating. So this won't be plain sailing.
Looking for friends. Thanks for reading.
