Weight loss success with My Fitness Pal

I've had weight issues most of my life, I've been thin, then piled on weight - yo-yo-ing for decades. Since starting this last Summer I have lost 30lbs; I weigh less than I have done in years and feel so much better. I find it really useful learning how many calories are in different things so it is educating me too. If I eat the wrong things I'm not full and I've wasted calories I could have used in a decent meal . I am tempted of course but if you write it in then you know where you are. I love this. My stepson does it as he has a sedentary job so he keeps himself in check. I want to lose a third stone but then I will use it to keep my eye on things.
