Seeking Workout Routines: What Works For You

Looking for some new routines to try at the gym! I’m pretty new at the gym and have just been doing things I’ve seen at Pinterest but I’m really curious on what’s working for you!
I’m determined to try some new things to shape up and tone. Looking specifically for abs but legs, back, and arms are also useful also along with full body!

What worked for me, Strong Curves. But there are many other great ones on there too, depending on what you have access to and what you like to do.1 -
follow a structured lifting program...most beginner programs are 3x per week full body. Do whatever cardio you enjoy 3-5 days per week.1

Consistency works for me. It almost doesn't matter what I do, as long as I do it consistently. This means I do it on a regular schedule/routine, and that I keep the relative effort consistent (so as I get better as something, I increase the difficulty somehow).0
