Could anyone share their HIIT routines? There’s so many online, I don’t know where to start. Preferably on the treadmill..

    Just start with any of them. On isn't going to be inherently better than another, so just pick one and run with it.

    I find the Dr. Kev HIIT on the elliptical to be effective (I hate it so it must be working)

    This. Cardio is largely... the same. Sustainability is the name of the game. Pick one form. If you like it, keep doing it. If not, look for another.

    Sprint8 on the treadmill is what I currently do for HIIT. It's also helped me on my longer runs too.

    20/40s on a bike...not really HIIT, but it's interval training...most things marketed as HIIT aren't really HIIT though.

    Just pick one and go with it.
