food triggers - binge eating

Yesterday I found out that my trigger to eat chocolate & biscuits is sausages. I was offered a small sausage sandwich (on Brown no butter), I was hungry so thought it wouldn't be so bad - my mistake! As soon as I'd eaten it I had a huge craving for chocolate and I mean huge! So I ate a chocolate biscuit and before I knew it I'd eaten 7 of them and was hunting in the kitchen for more food before I realised what I was doing.
I know everyone probably already knows this but my advice is to note what food can start a binge and stay away from it like the plague, it's not worth it!
