I have been reading a lot about CICO and I see it mentioned here on MFP repeatedly; do you think it works? Many here say that you can eat whatever you want and have your cake too as long as it fits your calories for the day but is that really true? I can live on junk and still lose weight or is there more truth to this article?
Will eating a bagel in the morning cause a sugar crush and lower the calories my body is losing therefor ruin my deficit for the day... What do you think...
