Hi, I am back here after a few years of inactivity in my account and in my life. Had my fourth baby and been sitting here for two years with every single pound of baby weight still on me. Decided finally to get back on track. I loved this site after my third baby. Went from 178 pounds to 117. Hoping to get similar results but I am older and finding it a bit harder. I know I can do this.

The first covers accurate logging and some of the tools in MFP to help you make things easier. The second discusses caloric needs and setting goals. These two posts completely changed my MFP experience and helped me be much more successful, so I hope they do the same for you.
