Hi all! Semi fit “ish” Texas girl that wants to get back to top form. I find that having friends to share successes and moan and groan keep us on track. Trying to maintain my healthy lifestyle with my hectic schedule is my biggest challenge. That and cutting out gluten

    I dont know how I missed this...

    I used to do some work on the Navy's bombing range in Dare County. That was always a fun road trip!
