Powerlifter in Florida. Just competed at Battle of the Bay 4. 430/220/430 (I got greedy on my squat and deadlift and only got my second attempts, def could have lifted more had I been more conservative).
What is everyone’s goals? I’m cutting weight slowly for my next competition in November. I competed in SHW raw and normally I compete in 181. Tempted to cut to 165, we will see. If I could get similar numbers at a lower weight class I’d be a happy camper.

Incredible. I nominate you queen of this message board. My goal is to join the 1000# club, hopefully before I turn 50 next year. I see that you've already made it and at a body weight 30 pounds less than what I currently weigh.0

That’s pretty awesome. I am not a power lifter but I am currently lifting 455 sq / 305 bp / 500 dL. I hope to eventually get over 500 sq / 350 bp and 600 dl. Weight is 185 today.1

Amazing numbers here. I'm a skinny runner with a 600 lb total but I love powerlifting!0

Feel free to add me. I'm strong for my age (turned 59 in January). My maxes are 248/115/308.6. I'm hoping to total at least 700 by August and qualify for 2019 Raw Nationals0

I hit 470/290/595 lbs in competition yesterday at 218 lbs body weight. Working towards a 1400 lb total next.1

Nice! I am a new powerlifter, my current stats: 285/155/310. I have been lifting about a year and switched to a more PL based program three months ago. Excited to max soon and be at competition stage by 2019!0
