Time to make myself accountable

Hi everyone, it has been a couple of years since I was on this forum and I have returned simply to log my food and see why my weight has slowly increased over that time.

Three days of logging and WOW what an eye opener. My food diary basically said on completion, "If every day were like today... You'd weigh exactly the same in 5 weeks. Actually, I think it was being kind to me, as no doubt my weight will increase because of the little extras I never added. (Why do we try and cheat, who are we kidding?)

I eat healthy food but I eat way too much of it. Calories In and Calories Out!! Time to get back on track. :)
