The categories are Not Very Active, Lightly Active, Active and Very Active in goals. What does everyone think counts for each of those?

There is a list somewhere that I can’t remember. If you have a desk job or are a student, you would most likely fall under sedentary/not very active. If you’re on your feet a good portion of the day then lightly active, and so on.0

There are descriptors next to them that define them.0 -
Just pick one and use it for a couple months - adjust as needed.
That's what we all had to do. It's a personal experiment. Use the parameters suggests, be honest. Learn to track and log food accurately. Enter exercise and work with your own PERSONAL results.
