Hi I know it's very early days but I weighed in this morning after upping my calories (I was fluctuating and stalling on 1000-1200) and I lost 2lbs!
I was terrified it was going to make me gain weight but it really does work. I don't log my exercise as its included in my TDEE amount. This may be a coincidence but I like to think its because I'm now eating what I need to eat.
I also discovered I'm a slow oxidiser so I'm going to eat to my metabolism too.
