Cracked Calluses

I am now 100+ days into my journey and I am lifting 3-4 days per week. My calluses have begun to crack and I was hoping for some advice. I know gloves work, but what other options exist out there. What do you guys do?

    I have callouses too but none have broken yet so no advice on that. For maintaining, 1-2 times a week I use a PedEgg to scrape some of the skin off. Then lotion with a pumice stone & lotion throughout the day. This morning I mixed tea tree oil (a natural antiseptic) with olive oil & applied. We'll see how that goes.
