When you're cheating, what are you eating?

We all cheat on our diets from time to time, so when you DO cheat...what do you eat?
I am a huge snacker. Namely, Cheetos. Even more specifically, Hot Cheetos! I'll at them with anything and everything.
What is your favorite cheat food?

My first answer is nothing thats worth it, my second is cheese and dukes mayo sandwich, sometimes with horseradish if I'm feeling spry. Add a spicy v8 to that or some doritos on the sandwich and I'm in heaven. When I say cheat for this example it's because it doesn't fit my macros.1

I eat all the things I ate before losing weight, just in appropriate quantities that fit into my goals. This way I’m not “cheating” on anything or considering certain foods to be forbidden.28

I don't "cheat" I flexible diet. I tend to follow the 80/20 suggestion. 80% minimally processed food, 20% what i want.5

I don't cheat, I eat whatever I want and fit it in my weekly cals and macros.
Sometimes I eat stuff that doesn't fit, and that's not cheating either, it's just eating yummy things...20 -

Amen!2 -
If I cheat, it's on the quantity of something. So I'll have salt & vinegar chips. Weigh out a serving (or even just a 1/2 serving) and enjoy slowly. A cheat for me would be a *kitten* this and eat the family sized bag.3

Usually something ridiculously sweet.1

My diet is just what I eat. I plan and eat delicious meals. Sometimes I eat something I didn't plan, or more than I planned, but I don't routinely overeat anymore. I don't cheat - I also don't sneak food anymore. I eat anything I want, but not everything at once, and not all the time.10

Cake. A whole mess of cake. The more dairy/whipped cream/custard/pudding with it the better.15

Beer, really good craft beers. Usually an IPA, but have been known to switch it up depending on the season.7

cake, chocolate, more cake.....chocolate cake.10

I don't "cheat," but if I am going to have an "eat whatever I want and don't worry about calories" kind of treat day, it's Indian food, with naan. Or maybe tapas or Mexican. Or maybe something else -- generally it's restaurant food of a type I can't do justice to at home, and savory rather than sweet.0

It's not what I eat, it's how much. I can usually fit tasty treats within my calorie goal, and at least be at or under maintenance. But sometimes, a girl just wants to eat and feel full! So "cheating" would be having a second helping at dinner, or having another cookie, or something to that effect. Or, it would be eating whatever I want and not paying attention to portion control or logging it. I haven't done that one in a little while though!2

Pastries are my weakness.0

I don't cheat. My "diet" includes indulgences and "life happens" moments.7

IPA ‘s and veggie pizza0

Something I am noticing. Some of the people here are also very active on the maintainance forum. They seem to have a very "flexible" diet. Hmmmnn......5

It's not cheating if you're still logging it.
So basically, for me, it's handfuls of food like mini marshmallows or pistachios or a cracker or two or bread that calls my name that I don't weigh and/or log and even then I give myself a couple hundred discretionary calories a day for things like that (subject to change depending on how much I ate/didn't weight/didn't log).0 -
I'm not big on calling them "cheat" days or meals but I'm certainly capable of choosing to eat closer to maintenance rather than sticking to my calorie cut. I've also gotten really picky about what I'm willing to eat if it goes outside my calories; it's going to be on something that I unequivocally enjoy. My in-laws eat too much of a southern-style, carb-heavy diet for my taste and my sister-in-law is a vegetarian (I am not, I don't understand why anyone would willfully follow that WOE). They're also catholic so we've got meatless Fridays going on now too. I'm often met with bewilderment from my wife when I say things like "It's not worth it calorically to eat pizza without meat on it."
Short list:
Quality Pizza
Tacos
Taco Bell
A really good burger
Slow-smoked pulled pork
single-malt scotch

Funny I just posted about takis lmao I think that’s my cheat meal or some bomb ice cream0

Cake! Cake! Cake! Basically everything creamy with vanilla1

The only “cheat” thing I have is alcohol. That’s so caloric that it usually pushes me over so I don’t indulge often. I’d rather eat than drink my calories.1

I've been training for an upcoming comp and keeping my nutrition on point, but after the comp, I'm getting some chicken and waffles. The restaurant is already on speed dial, I'll be calling it in as soon as I leave the event.3

When I say *kitten* it, it's usually pizza or burgers and a very, very special occasion. And also cake.
Or, after a race, I always go out for breakfast and in that case, it's pancakes.1 -

Exactly. That's any given day's food.2
