Looking for friends who are following keto/LC while resistance training

Options
I got into great shape last year following a high carb low fat diet, but got so sick of the limited options of food. This year I'm following a 65/30/5 low carb/keto diet and have almost passed my mark from last year while maintaining and building strength.

Looking for others to share ideas and suggestions.

    Im on keto and I lift/ resistance train. You will find it that you go longer and you have all this energy. Now I can't go a day without lifting.
