Hey. So I’m boring overall (frumpy country farmer momma with dreams) but due to job and school I have to start spending half of my week in the big city (well the biggest city in my state anyways). I don’t want to be frumpy anymore. Ha ha So I’m Fitbit ready and treadmill happy but trying not to kill myself in the meantime. I have 4 weeks until I check into my new me and I want it to be 4 sizes smaller and not looking almost 40 and frumpy. So hey!

4 sizes in 4 weeks sounds a little bit much, but you can definitely start making progress!

The first covers accurate logging and some of the tools in MFP to help you make things easier. The second discusses caloric needs and setting goals. These two posts completely changed my MFP experience and helped me be much more successful, so I hope they do the same for you.
