Hey so I’m using a Fitbit which I have set to buzz at me every hour. I’m a full-time student doing my classes at home this semester so I spend a lot of time at my desk. When I get buzzed I jump on my treadmill for 5 minutes. Should I record each period of activity or should I just add it all up at the end of the day? I start my hourly routine at 5am and it ends at 8pm. Thanks for your input!

I add it up at the end of the day if I have several periods of activity.0

If your Fitbit is connected to MFP there’s no need to record any of it7

No, if the two apps are synced, Fitbit will sort the exercise logging for you.1

Fitbit will do it all for you if you have it synced correctly, it will be part of your calorie adjustment.2

Thanks I discovered that I could sync my Fitbit last night. Way easier than crunching numbers. Lol1
