Week off logging... And still lost weight!!!

I was struggling for motivation and getting sick of logging and restricting calories so I gave myself a break of 1 week to not log everything. I was still fairly careful about what I ate but had a couple of cheat foods. I also didn't do my daily exercise (30 min on my exercise bike) every day but I did go for lots of walks. I just weighed myself and I've lost 2 kg this week!!!! So glad I was expecting a gain!
Still, I'm going back to counting and my exercise bike daily tomorrow but it was fun while it lasted!

Anyone else have breaks from logging?

    It just goes to show logging your food not only helps keep track of what you eat, but also educates you for when don't or can't log foods.
