Which app are you using? On the web app, go here http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/my_goals/daily_nutrition_goals
On the Android app go to side menu>Goals>Calorie and Macro Goals then click on your calories and change them.
I don't know how the iPhone app is organized so someone may need to chime in.0 -
