Supplements for Intermittent Fasting at 1200 calories?

Hey,
So I'm doing the IF because it helps me schedule my eating times and it's easier for me to log my calories. I'm also eating 1200 calories.
I wanted to know if I require any supplements.
(I work out only thrice a week due to paucity of time and otherwise I'm mostly sedentary)

What supplements do you want? You can use the Reports feature of myfitnesspal to see how your major nutrients are coming along, Vitamin A, C, Calcium, Potassium, and a few others. With Premium you can get more detail of nutrients in your diet. Once you see that you consistently fail at achieving the RDA of anything, you can then either adjust your diet or supplement. The supplement industry, by law, is a wild, wild ungoverned and unregulated business. The safest thing you can do is know what you are eating and eat what you need.3

Nah unless you are maintaining long fasts 4 or more days I wouldn't bother. I fast a lot.1

A multi-vitamin probably wouldn't hurt.0

As Jerome said... You supplement based on need, based on what's lacking from your diet. As such, everyone will be different. Some people supplement certain vitamins or minerals, others protein. But it's all based on what you need vs don't need. No reason to waste money on a supplement that you are already getting sufficient amounts from your regular diet.1

As long as you have a balanced and generally healthy diet, you're fine.0
