New to MFP, coming over from Weigh Watchers

Hello from Washington state! I did great on Weight Watchers until they changed the plan then I struggled. I'm hoping MFP will help me stay on track with losing weight and getting fitter. My goal is to get back into running and finish a half marathon. I'm always up for any advice, helpful tips, or friendly conversations.

The first covers accurate logging and some of the tools in MFP to help you make things easier. The second discusses caloric needs and setting goals. These two posts completely changed my MFP experience and helped me be much more successful, so I hope they do the same for you.
