Fitness is definitely not easy! Unless of course you were blessed with being able to eat anything, never having to exercise and never gaining weight (I'm not in that group of lucky folks). For me, it's a real struggle. I try to get a good amount of exercise in and I try to eat right (I slip up here and there). Losing weight is difficult for me and always a slow process, I'm sure a bunch of people can relate to that. Its always nice though to have people behind you to help keep you focused to stay on track. New friends would be great to have so please feel free to add me. Plus, I will totally be supportive and cheer you on in return for your support. Have a wonderful day!!

Of course it's a challenge - many of us prefer eating over running - but getting fit is going to be a lot easier if you inform yourself. It's not about luck or eating right. You can indeed eat anything and not gain weight, as long as you don't eat too much. Everybody gains weight if they consisistently, and over time, eat more calories than they burn. Weightloss is a slow process, you can't expect to lose faster than 1% of your bodyweight per wek on average, even if you do everything right, all the time.
