On an intense fitness regimen for six more weeks. Cutting 1,000 calories a day, Gluccomannan, Hydroxycut, and working out 5 days a week.

Unless all you want is to see a particular number on the scale for about an hour, this isn't likely to end well.
1% of your current body weight per week is about the max anyone should aim for, if you want the weight to stay off. 22 lbs. in 4 weeks is way more than that, unless you weigh upwards of 550 lbs. You won't be getting the nutrients you need. And since you seem to want to build muscle by working out 5 days a week, you're going to have a hard time getting the protein you need to build those muscles. Muscle is notoriously difficult to gain in a deficit, even with supplementation like you're talking about.

ZoneFive, well I hit 20 lbs of loss in 60 days. With an increase in muscle mass. Did 352 flights of stairs. As Arnold said, “Don’t listen to the naysayers”.1

How do you know you added muscle?0
