Hello everyone and good morning! I have 2 young toddlers that for the most sleep great all night. But there are those occasional nights or early mornings when they aren't such great sleepers. So my question is what do I do those days where I didn't get a lot of sleep? Should I work out as normal or slow it down for the day?
Thanks for any advice or tips you guys have!

Depends on your priorities. There isn't really 1 right answer. It's your journey, do it your way.1

As long as you stick to your calorie deficit exercise isn't necessary for weight loss. I also wanted to add that if you are exhausted exercising can stress your body out which can make you retain water so you may see a rise in the scale. This is just water weight and not fat gain it will whoosh off eventually but it is your bodies way of telling you it's too stressed and you may want to skip the exercise after the next sleepless night.1

I usually don't worry about the odd bad night's sleep here or there because they happen and I just work through them. If it become a pattern (because sometimes they do with kids) and I get more than a few in a row I will slow down a bit because I know I'm not recovering as well as I should.2

Ok thanks. It's hard to decide what to do because I never know when they will do this for if it's a one time thing or if they'll do it several days in a roll.0
