My new obsession!

-2 hardboiled eggs
-2 tablespoons salsa
-2 tablespoons greek yogurt
-3/4 teaspoon ranch seasoning

Peel eggs and cut in half, top each egg with 1/2 tablespoon salsa, mix 2 tablespoons of greek plain yogurt with 3/4 teaspoon ranch seasoning, top each egg with 1/2 tablespoon of ranch yogurt mixture...ENJOY!!

    Yummy! I will have to try this. I usually just put some Sriracha on my hard-boiled eggs.

    I'll have to try it! I typically put hard boiled eggs into a ziplock baggie and add a little olive oil, balsamic vinegar and course pepper or seasoning. Very yummy!

    Sounds yummy! I am definitely going to try that. I would probably add a couple of slices of turkey or ham with it because I like to have around 300-400 calories for breakfast.

    I tried something new for breakfast today too and I think it's going to be a regular go to:

    1/2 cup oats
    1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
    1 Tbsp peanut butter
    1 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
    1 cup water

    Stir and nuke. Super yummy.

    Hmm, this would be good for lunch. Served with some shredded lettuce, fajita veggies, black beans and guacamole.
