Battle Ropes

My wife got me a battle rope for my birthday. They are not listed in the exercise categories so that I can log them. Any ideas on what to substitute so that I can count the calories burned?

    You can create an exercise, put it manually! My gym doesn't offer them, I want to get a set for at home, #hardcore tire flipping is as close as so get!
