So 57 Kg to shift ! Target weight 90 kg

Hi everyone !

I started at 147 kg on Monday and I'm feeling good (better already) Been to the gym everyday with 30 mins cardio and 30mins weights followed bu Sauna - then a 10000 step walk with the lucky dog.

Diet is clean, low carb high protein and veggies / salad.

Feeling optimistic - I would love to connect with people who have a similar challenge ahead of them for mutual support and encouragement - i weigh in on Wednesdays. I have to say this app is good !
