noob thats trying to lean out

I'm a just a noob ( although I've been floating around this community for nearly 5 years now) with some goals. Looks like we already have a common interest there ; goals ! I am currently on 1920 calories per day. My diary is open, and I'm an open book myself. If you wanna be friends , then you have a friend in me !

    You didn't mention any stats, but there's no reason for you to be consuming 250+ grams of protein daily....

    1 gram per pound of lean body mass is plenty.
