So I do weightlifting in the gym for about an hour to hour and a half, 4 days a week.
These past couple days I've been busy so when I'm at the gym, I'm taking 35 to 45 mins doing weightlifting tops! I'm doing all same workouts I'm just doing different rep/set routine and resting like literally 20-30 seconds between each set.
Is this still just as effective?
Ps. Instead of doing 4 sets 10 reps, I'm now doing 3 sets 15 reps
